Post Curing the Wing

The wing can be a challenge to post cure due to its size.  I accomplished this task by hanging 1” X 1” strips of wood a foot or so under the wing and then using them to support a full sheet of the 1” Styrofoam shown below.  A couple of stiring fans, and a couple heat gun hooked up to my electronic thermometer worked fine.  I had to lay the heat guns on baking trays so the heat guns did not melt through the foam sheet.

 

I did all of the skins from the bottom, so I had to flip the wing to get it all post cured.
