Rudder

The construction of the rudder is very similar to that of the elevator and if you have built your elevator, the rudder will be easy for you. All of the parts for the rudder should have been fabricated earlier and include: the rudder spar, upper rudder rib and lower rudder rib. Hopefully you also fabricated some extra nut plates when you built you elevator and you are ready to begin assembly.
