Once the bottom of the flap is foamed aft of the spar, the foam has been sanded to shape and sealed, remove the flap from the wing.

Remove the flap hinges and set them aside. Be sure to mark which side of the rib the flap hinges were removed from, so later they are installed on the correct side.

Next, the two end ribs are bonded into place.
