An alternative control scheme can be used inplace of the two cables running from the elevator bellcrank back to the elevator control horn. A single control tube is used in place of the lower cable. The center bulkhead needs to be modified to allow the larger tube to pass through. the elevator bellcrank and the elevator control horn need a slightly larger hole to bolt the control rod to.

If this method is choosen the pulley in the vertical stab is not needed.

The control tube is fabricated from a 7 foot length of 1.5" diameter .035" 6061-T6 aluminum tubing with rod ends and at both ends.
